Wednesday Wink – Finding the Perfect Pair of Tweezers

Finding the Perfect Tweezer

Let’s go on a journey together in search of the perfect tweezers. In my quest to find the ideal tweezers, I have searched high and low. I have scoured the internet for that amazing tool that will make my work easier and create the perfect set of lashes. I am absolutely sure there is magic in the tools we use.

In my search for that magic, I have tried pin point tips, straight tip, angled tip, curved tip, and any other option available. I have finally found my perfect tweezer for classic application and for volume application.

Unfortunately, most of us have to order our tools online. We have to hope the tweezers we order are going to be calibrated perfectly, the tips are balanced and the grip is perfect for our hand. These tweezers can vary wildly in price. I have paid quite a bit for tweezers that wouldn’t even close. Nothing is more frustrating than a purchase that is useless and ends up in the salon scrap heap!

Stock Up on a Good Thing

We work hard for our pay check and need tools that can stand up to our standards. With that being said, if you find a tweezer that works well for you, purchase several. Keep a stash on hand for those busy days when you just can’t spend time disinfecting after every service.

It’s also a good idea to keep spare tweezers for when you have a tweezer calamity. Dropping the tweezer and blunting the tips can stop your day in its tracks. Nothing can be worse than reaching for a tweezer that won’t grip a lash… That sinking feeling that you get when you realize your flow has been disrupted. Your artistry depends on having the perfect tweezer in your arsenal – clean, sanitized and ready for lash mastery.

Along with my tweezer stash is my quick turnaround sanitizer. The Glad Lash Sterilizer with Beads is a must to keep your day on track.

Invest in yourself and your business – get the best tweezers for you and have several on hand! Let us know what works for you and whether you have found your tweezing paradise 😉
