Did you know that your face contains 50 muscles of which most are rarely used? Doing facial exercises promotes oxygen circulation and therefore, helps those muscles and skin. Overall, creating a youthful glow and healthy skin.
Let’s speak to 3 facial exercises that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine for skintastic results.
1. Move over Botox, here is a natural solution. First, frown as hard as you can so your brows come closer together and then do the opposite and lift your eyebrows as high as you can, opening your eyes wide along with it. Repeat this 5 times daily.
2. Let’s talk smoothing your neck area. Lift your chin up to the ceiling and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. smile and swallow. Continue this for about 30-60 secs. Tighten that area right up!
3. To stimulate blood circulation do this… Put your 3 middle fingers under each eye and pull down gently to open your eyes further. Then try to close your eyes which works the muscles around the eye area. Hold this for 8-10 secs, release and repeat 5 times.
These are just a few ways to increase oxygen supply while helping to tone and for you to feel rejuvenated as the same time. With practice and dedication, results will show. Who needs to spend the time, money and energy on facelifts when all you need is straight up FACETIME!
