We appreciate your business and if for any reason you are not happy with your eyelash extensions,application tools or after care products we want to know. Glad Lash offers a warranty on all products as well as worldwide shipping and same day delivery to the Greater Los Angeles Area. All orders ship from our headquarters in the US.
Free 1st Class Shipping Conditions
NOTE: *To qualify for free US, 1st Class Shipping promotion. The following must apply: US customers only, all orders over $100. First Class must be selected during check-out for US orders only and must weigh no more than 15.999 oz's or they do not qualify for free shipping. If the promotional free shipping option does not appear during checkout your order does not qualify.
NOTE: Please make sure you have a safe, secure and correct shipping address listed in your PayPal account. Glad Lash Inc. is not responsible for any orders stolen, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect shipping address. Any order confirmed "Delivered" by the USPS will be considered delivered. If your order is stolen or not claimed by you please know that it is not the responsibility of Glad Lash Inc. to replace the order. If you need a signature guarantee please request one from us, thank you. We appreciate your business!
We ship all eyelash extensions, application tools and after care products by USPS (United States Postal Service) unless Fedex Priority Overnight. All orders ship next business day for USPS First class economy and USPS Priority shipping methods. USPS Express and Fedex ships same day if purchase is completed by 2:00 PM PST.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Economy (First Class) – 4 to 5 business days
- Priority – 2 to 3 business days*
- Express – 1 to 2 business days* (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)
*Any order over $300 and shipped Priority, Express or Overnight will require a signature, unless you specify to waive it.
International Shipping Policy
- Economy (First Class International) – Time varies by destination* (Please do not select this method if you're in a hurry, thank you.)
- International Priority Air – 6 to 10 business days*
- International Express Air – 3 to 5 business days* (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)

- Fedex International Priority Overnight** – Canada & Mexico 1-2 business days (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)
- Fedex International Priority Overnight** – Europe 2-3 business days (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)
- Fedex International Priority Overnight** – Other Countries 3-5 business days (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)

The conditions of this Return Policy apply to all customers purchasing products from Glad Lash Inc., whether online at www.eyelashextensions.com or otherwise.
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive products that are damaged or have been delivered short of the quantities you ordered. Products ordered in error may be returned provided we receive them in unused, perfect condition and within 7 business days (US) or 15 business days (International) of our delivery of the products to you. For reasons of hygiene due to the nature of eyelash extensions, application tools and after care products we will not be able to credit you for any opened product. Products returned will be tested upon receipt. Any item found not to be damaged or defective will be returned to you. You will be charged the cost of shipping and handling for any such products returned to you. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us for any reason. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you wish to return any products please contact customer service at: email@example.com or 888-688-9621. Ensure the items returned are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked. If the above procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right not to process the return.
